Students Accept ‘Rachel’s Challenge’

Berry Miller Junior High students (from left) Taylor Do, Martina Macias and Olivia Ramos sign a Rachel’s Challenge poster Nov. 4, agreeing to make a difference at their school through acts of kindness. Berry Miller students participated in the school presentation Nov. 1, which was based on the life and writings of Rachel Scott, the first victim of the Columbine High School shooting. Afterward, they accepted “Rachel’s Challenge” of starting a chain reaction of kindness to overcome bullying.
