Wagoner, owner of Hyseco Inc., has served as a Director on the NBCEA, for four years. Under her leadership the NBCEA was able to donate $115,000 in equipment and consumables to enhance career and technical programs at Pearland ISD.
In addition, the NBCEA provided 29 dual-credit scholarships to deserving students attending Turner College and Career High School.
