Over 40 golfers tee’d off for Scott Brown and Associates inaugural Golf Tournament fundraiser held November 7th at Southwyck Golf Course in Pearland. It was perfect weather to get out of the office and onto the course.
All proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the nonprofit organization Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), and will support a full range of programs and services for this generation of injured veterans and their families.
“The Wounded Warrior Project is an organization I feel passionate about,” says Scott Brown, Managing Attorney at Scott M. Brown & Associates. “These young men and women have sacrificed so much in defense of our country, and they will never be paid back fully for what they have lost. The Wounded Warrior Project does a tremendous job in helping our disabled veterans when they return from the battlefield. I’m honored to host this golf tournament and hopefully raise some funds to give back to this great organization,” says Brown.
Scott Brown is a life-long resident of Brazoria County, Texas. He graduated from Rice University in 1997 and South Texas College of Law in 2000. He opened his law firm in his hometown of Angleton in 2002 and then expanded by opening a second office in Pearland in 2012.
