Eugenia Bell Arcangeli (Jean) was born in Blanchard, Oklahoma to William and Annie Williams on December 24, 1922. After a fall, she passed away on January 6, 2015, surrounded by her family in Houston, Texas.

While in high school in Maxwell, New Mexico, Jean was captain of the basketball team, participated in theatre arts, volleyball and was a cheerleader. Her passions were reading books and writing poetry. Her entire family will forever be wrapped up in her love as she made quilts for everyone. Jean worked at Sears and then as a bookkeeper for the city of Maxwell, New Mexico.

In 1952 Jean began a lifetime of love and faith in God. Her life was full of honesty, meekness, love, forgiveness and tolerance. She was a faithful Jehovah’s Witness for 63 years. She loved all who shared her faith and who showed her so much love and kindness throughout her lifetime. She truly lived for God and her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; William and Annie Williams, her daughter; Peggy Allen, and two sons Joe and James Arcangeli.
She is survived by her daughter Judy Price and husband Nathan and daughter in law Arlene Arcangeli. Grandchildren; Valerie Allen, Sally and John Kovalchin, Rob and Jana Parnell, Jeff and Heather Parnell, Tony and Donna Arcangeli, David and Rebecca Arcangeli, Joseph and Jennifer Arcangeli, and K’Anne and Clark Thompson. Great grandchildren; Claire, Katherine, Elizabeth, Emily and John Partick Kovalchin, Jake, Josh, Macey, Emma, Alex, and Ben Parnell, Mia, Jordan, Vaden and Mollie Arcangeli, Silas Thompson, Nathan Price, Hayleigh Reuther, Caiden Martinez, Isabella Reuther and Scarlet Cecil along with numerous nieces and nephews.
