Cub Scouts and the leaders of Den 1, Pack 452 recently worked in a Stevenson Park flower bed they adopted as an ongoing beautification project.

Cub Scouts work hard at Stevenson Park

In News by Reporter News

Cub Scout Den 1 of Pack 452 has been working hard at Friendswood’s Stevenson Park.

A few years ago the Den adopted a flower bed in the Park and has been keeping it looking great since. Earlier this month they also picked up trash at the Park, but reported “…they had to look hard. There wasn’t much to find.”

The hard-working Scouts and leaders are: (front row, left to right) Lucas Kunkel, Griffin Cantley, Minuc Manawadu, William Langehennig, Charlie Cobb, Niko Hein, Asher Murray and Michael Fernandez; (middle row) Wyatt Maurer and Aidan Bynum; (back row) Julie Fernandez, Dennis Langehennig and Steve Kunkel.

The City of Friendswood Parks and Recreation Department thanks the Cub Scouts and their leaders for their efforts to beautify Friendswood.
