Forgotten Angels Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of Tim Pylate as Executive Director. Pylate has served as Executive Director of The Arc of the Gulf Coast since 2013 and comes with more than 15 years of non-profit management experience, much of it international. He holds a Master of Education in Special Education and taught in the El Paso school district for two years before working overseas with international nonprofits.

“Tim has been uniquely prepared to take Forgotten Angels to the next level,” says Renee McGuire, CEO and founder of the organization. “He has the skills and talents that are needed as well as the heart for people living with developmental disabilities. His time at the Arc gives him a wide range of advocacy skill and knowledge that will be beneficial for our clients and staff. I know the Arc will miss him, but having him at the wheel here lays the ground work for a strong and stable future.” McGuire has served as CEO of the organization since its inception in 2001. Pylate is the first Executive Director, but McGuire is quick to point out that she is not going anywhere, and will work with Tim to achieve the vision of the Foundation.
