A newly released ranking places Manvel as the 8th best suburb of Houston.
The Houston-based real estate firm, Jason’s House Inc., recently announced its “Best Houston Suburbs” list.
“The city-within-a-city, Manvel has everything from entertainment venues to fine dining restaurants,” the report states. “Manvel has a booming economy, low unemployment rate and an assortment of things to do, from singles to happy families. The home prices do skew on the higher end, but the market has remained remarkably stable.”
Richmond was ranked No. 1, with nearby Webster coming in at No. 2 and the City of Katy, west of Houston, ranked No. 3. League City ranked at No. 9 followed by Pearland at No. 10.
In May of this year, Manvel ranked at No. 13 on the “Best Houston Suburbs to Retire,” a ranking published by real estate research firm Movoto.
