The Alvin ISD Education Foundation will hold its 8th Annual Capital Campaign Gala on September 18 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Pearland. Proceeds from the gala benefit Alvin ISD students and staff. A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are still available. Sponsorships are $1,000 (Gold Level), $2,500 (Platinum) Level, or $5,000 and up (Diamond Level). Table sponsorships are $500 or $750. A limited number of individual tickets are available for $50 per person. The evening will include a silent and live auction with some exciting and valuable items.
“The gala is always a fun event, which gives the Foundation the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with community members and businesses, and raise funds to invest in our students and teacher,” said Sheila Olson, executive director of the Alvin ISD Education Foundation.

It is the mission of the Education Foundation to provide support to students and teachers through campus grants, individual grants, and scholarships. Since 1998 the Education Foundation has raised over half a million dollars to create more opportunities for the students of Alvin ISD.
