Chef Bash and Monster Mash, a culinary competition, will be held Oct. 28 at 6 p.m. at Grazia Italian Kitchen in Pearland.

The event benefits the 100 Club of Pearland.

A variety of chefs from the Greater Houston area will be competing.

A costume contest will be held that night for Best Male and Best Female costumes with a $2,500 cash prize. The evening will also offer an ice sculpture performance by Reverend Butter, a live band and a DJ.

One of Grazia’s missions is to give back to the community.

“Our local law enforcement men and women put their lives on the line for us everyday to ensure our safety and we must stand in support of law enforcement,” owner Adrian Hembree said. “Our motto is Grazia = Grace. Grace is something we all need every day in our lives.”
