Tickets are available online now for the second annual Texas Music Fest, held in Downtown Friendswood in celebration of Texas Independence Day.
This year the event will be March 4 from 2 to 9 p.m. and returns to its original venue at Captain’s Corner Shopping Center at the corner of FM 2351 and FM 518.
General admission is $10 for adults with children 12 and under are free. The event runs from 2 – 9 p.m. at Captain’s Corner Shopping Center at the corner of FM 2351 and FM 518 in Friendswood.
General admission guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets but no tents, large umbrellas, or canopies are allowed. Parking for general admission guests will be at New Hope Church and United Methodist Church, both across the street from the festival site.
VIP admission is $125 and with it comes VIP seating in a large tent with prime location to the stage, VIP parking, an artist meet and greet, a celebration of Texas style food with a unique twist by Chef Kris Jakob of Brasserie 1895, a passed appetizer by Buffalo Cheese and Provisions, four beer/wine tickets, and a Texas Music Fest koozie souvenir. The VIP tent will have its own restrooms/comfort stations.
Only 200 VIP tickets will be sold.
The event will offer great live music, a variety of vendors, exhibits and great food.

Hosted by the Friends of Downtown Friendswood Association, the mission of this event is to support the vision of Downtown Friendswood by enhancing the economic vitality, promotion, marketing, fostering of partnerships and acting as the lead advocate for Downtown Friendswood.
All proceeds from the event will go into the revitalization of downtown area.
