Froberg’s Farm wants to alert residents in the area about their fall festival activities, “Due to Hurricane Harvey the Corn Maze and Fall Festival will now open September 30th. We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause. The corn and flowers need more time to grow from all the rain. The strawberry fields need a lot of work to prepare them for plastic for planting the first of October.”

Froberg’s Farm and Country Store is open year round seven days a week excluding major Holidays. In addition to special events such as the corn maze and fall festival they offer homegrown fruits and vegetables as well as many other fresh fruits and vegetables from other areas. Click on the Homegrown tab on their webpage for a current list of available produce: www.frobergsfarm.com.

The bakery offers homemade big pies, fried pies, cookies, cupcakes, cake balls. They also offer jellies, preserves, pralines, pecan brittle, peanut brittle, kettle and caramel corn along with various nuts and candies. The Snack Bar serves ice cream cones, snow cones, nachos, chili dogs and fountain drinks.

Starting the last weekend in September until the first weekend in November (every weekend weather permitting) Froberg’s offers lots of family fun including: a corn maze; a night time corn maze, an indoor pumpkin patch and fall festival with fun activities for the kids.
