RFP’s shall be submitted in triplicate and in sealed envelopes clearly marked with RFP No. 2017-04, and addressed to the City of Friendswood, Attn: Melinda Welsh, City Secretary, and will be received at Friendswood City Hall, 910 S. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, TX, 77546 before 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 31, 2017.

The City of Friendswood reserves the right to reject any and all RFP’s and to waive any informality in RFP’s received. The City of Friendswood pays for goods and services according to the provisions of Chapter 2251 of the Government Code.
