NOTICE TO BIDDERS
CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS

Sealed Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 19, 2017 and read aloud into the public record for the following project:

Reflection Bay Water Reclamation – Fiber Optic
City of Pearland, Texas
COP PN: WW1405
BID NO. : 1018-01

The project will entail the installation of 96-strand fiber optic cable via 4” HDPE with 4-1” inner ducts, communication ground boxes, and fiber markers from Fire Station No. 5 along Kirby Drive to the Reflection Bay Water Reclamation facility north of FM 2234. This fiber optic cable will link the water reclamation facility computer system to the City’s fiber optic network at the fire station for remote access. The traffic signal cabinet at FM 2234 (Shadow Creek Parkway) at Reflection Bay will be connected to the City fiber optic network as well using a 12-strand fiber optic cable.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the City of Pearland City Hall Annex at 3523 Liberty Drive, Pearland, Texas 77581 at 11:00 a.m. on December 7, 2017.

All bids should be submitted through the E-Bid system located on the City’s website at: https://pearland.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. All interested Bidders are advised to register as a “supplier” on the City’s E-Bid System at the above website by clicking on “Supplier Registration” and completing a short registration questionnaire. Electronic Bid Documents, including Plans, Technical Specifications and Bid Forms are available for download after registration is approved by City Purchasing office. No plan fees or deposits are required for bid documents obtained through the City’s E-bid System. NOTICE OF HEARING

This serves as formal notice of a hearing to address in an open court the code violations located at 3410 Trelawney Drive, Pearland, Texas 77581, also described as Twin Creek Woods (Pearland), Block 6, Lots 10-11, Property ID: 258177. The court date was scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on November 21, 2017, at the Pearland Municipal Court, located at 2555 Cullen Parkway, Pearland, Texas 77581.

After the hearing concluded, the Pearland Municipal Court ordered abatement of the nuisance circumstances at the property in an Order on Nuisance Abatement Proceeding. The Court ordered the property owner to demolish the structures on the property within thirty (30) days, and provide notice to the Court indicating completion of these tasks no later than December 22, 2017. A complete copy of the Order may be obtained from the Pearland City Secretary at 3519 Liberty Drive, Pearland, Texas 77581.
