I have been a proud resident of Pearland, Texas since 1987, for the last 30 years. The emphasis in my life has always been my family, my community and my country.

I was born in Puerto Rico, graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in New York and entered the US Army immediately from high school and served honorable during the Vietnam Era in Finance and Accounting.

My Bachelors Degree is from the University of Texas at Austin in Languages (Spanish and English). My Masters is from the University of Houston at Clear Lake City in the Behavioral Sciences (Sociology and Psychology). I continued my self improvement in Management with 42 hours above the Masters.

I have been an Adjunct Professor at San Jacinto South teaching Accounting Principles, College of the Mainland teaching Sociology and Psychology and Alvin Community College teaching continuing education to teachers during the summer. My work experience is from human resources, self employment and education for the last 35 years.

When you send me to the US Congress, for the 22nd District, I will be working on health care for all citizens, jobs for the 22nd District and Texas in general, senior health care and benefits, veterans, health care and benefits, our education system to insure that the children of our district are getting the education they deserve and the equipment they need to get ahead, and homeland Security.

I pledge to the citizens of the 22nd District, that I will work with Republicans of “good will” to help them, dealing with issues that impact their daily lives, and their dreams for a better future. I will dedicate 100% of my time to helping you, your family and our community. I will never take your vote for granted.
