A Valentine’s event will help the Manvel Police Department get needed items.
The first “Be My Valentine Dinner Date Night” hosted by the Manvel Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni Association will use proceeds to benefit MPD.
The event will be Saturday, Feb. 10, from 6 – 10 p.m. at the County Line Event Center at 18232 County Road in Pearland.
Tickets are $75 per person or $125 per couple. Only 100 tickets will be sold.
A DJ will provide music and dinner will be complete with a glass of champagne to toast each Valentine.
A silent auction will be held with items that would be perfect Valentine gifts.
The alumni of the first two classes of the Citizen’s Police Academy organized the event. The third class will begin in the Spring.
