Registration has begun for this year’s Mike Doiron Legends of Friendswood Golf Tournament planned for Saturday, March 24 at Golfcrest Country Club in Pearland at 2509 Country Club Drive.

The dinner pre-party is March 23 at Golfcrest Country Club Ballroom at 6:30 p.m.

Each registered golfer receives two dinner tickets for Friday. Tickets for the dinner alone can also be purchased.

Registration the day of the event begins at 10:30 a.m. March 24 and the Practice Greens will open at that time.

A Helicopter Ball Drop with $1,000 cash prize will happen at 12:45 p.m.

The tournament has a 1 p.m. Shotgun Start and is a 4-person scramble event.

The 2018 Major Underwriters are Texan Bank, David Lavergne & Claire Doiron Lavergne, and Lupe Tortilla Restaurant.
