Elise B. Hann, 98 years of age, passed away on May 3, 2018 in Friendswood, TX. She was born on October 7, l919 in Warwick, NY to the late James and Gertrude Pfaendler Ball and was one of ten siblings. After graduation from the Warwick High School, she married Robert I. Hann who preceded her in death on August 2nd, 1996. She was a homemaker and also worked for many years at F. H. Corwin Florist in Warwick, New York.
Elise had many talents and had a natural ability and love of baking especially her famous dinner rolls, donuts and pies all of which graced the tables of family and friends on many occasions. Her gifted hands spanned decades knitting afghans for many, including knit hats which she so graciously donated to hospitals, nursing homes and other charities both locally and in Texas.
She is survived by her son, Alan Hann and his wife, Carol of Warwick, daughter, Carole Falcone and her husband, Frank, Sr., of Friendswood, TX.; grandsons, Richard, Robert and Frank Falcone, Jr. of Friendswood and David Hann of Warwick. She is also survived by her sister, Gloria Schlagel of Warwick, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Elise was preceded in death by her siblings, Theodore, George Sr., Peter, Walter, Robert and John Ball; sisters, Anna Ball and Myra Lavinski.
Per her wishes, there will be no services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
To the world, Elise might have been just one person but to us that one person was our world. Mom, you will be missed and may you Rest In Peace.
