The Project entails the installation of a 6-foot wide concrete trail along the north side of Town Ditch between N. Main Street (SH 35) and Old Alvin Road. Project generally involves construction of approximately 1,800 SY of 8” thick reinforced concrete sidewalk, including cement stabilized sand subgrade, as well as all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the project.

BRAZORIA COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 40
NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULES AND PENALTIES

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 40 (the “District”), at a meeting held on February 27, 2018, adopted a Rate Order providing rules and regulations for connection to the District’s water, sewer and drainage system as well as charges for these services.

Violation of any of the rules contained in the District’s Rate Order will subject the violator to penalties, which includes a fine of up to $5,000 per breach and/or day, disconnection of water and sewer service, payment of any costs or damages resulting from the violation, and civil and criminal legal action.

Copies of the Rate Order are on file at the principal office of the District, Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Suite 2600, Houston, Texas 77027, where they may be read in full.
