And on the 7th day of August 2018, being the first Tuesday of said month, between the hours of (10:00) Ten o’clock A.M. and (4:00) Four o’clock P.M. and most likely at 10:00 A.M. on said day, at the West door of the Courthouse in Angleton, Brazoria County, Texas. I will offer for sale and sell at public auction, for cash to the highest bidder, all the right, title and interest of Marc Anthony Toussaint, in and to said above described property.

The project will entail the construction of Shadow Creek Bike and Pedestrian Trail; consisting of Site Preparation, Concrete Sidewalks, Tree Protection, Plant Material, and Landscape/Trail Amenities. The project will be administered by the City of Pearland following TxDOT Local Government Project Procedures. Contractor must adhere to all federal requirements in Form FHWA-1273, Buy America, and TxDOT’s DBE and Title IV Program as well as other federal guidelines.

BRAZORIA COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 31 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF
RULES AND PENALTIES

Notice is hereby given that, at a meeting held on June 28, 2018, the Board of Directors of Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 31 (the “District”) adopted a Resolution Adopting Lake Rules for Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 31 (the “Resolution”), providing rules and regulations governing the use of the District’s lake facilities. Violation of the rule contained in the Resolution will subject the violator to penalties, which includes a fine of up to $10,000 per violation. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate violation. A copy of the Resolution, with all of its rules and regulations, including the penalty listed above, is on file at the principal office of the District, Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Suite 2600, Houston, Texas 77027, where it may be read in full.
