MOPS holiday market to be two-day event

The Friendswood MOPS Holiday Market will be Nov. 30 from 5 – 9 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.

Over 45 local vendors and artisans will be offering items for sale in time to be wrapped and placed under the holiday tree or given to others during the holidays.

Items so far include jewelry, handmade items, home décor, hand-painted signs, kids take home crafts, cakes, candles, candied pecans, caramel apples, elderberry, Usborne Books, jams, embroidery, Tupperware, personalized items, and holiday accessories.

Parking will be available at the church and the event will have over 40 raffle items. Food trucks will be onsite Saturday along with a dessert and coffee.

Good Shepherd is located at 1207 Winding Way Drive in Friendswood.

MOPS is an organization at the Church for Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS). The group meets to network about motherhood and preschool activities. All moms with children up to kindergarten or pregnant are invited to join them.
