The Project entails the fabrication, delivery and installation of site specific, double sided monument signs based on the Signage Design for Municipal Facilities and City Parks (G.01-G.08) at various locations throughout the City, this includes demolition and removal of existing City facility signage (various locations).

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the City of Pearland City Hall Annex at 3523 Liberty Drive, Pearland, Texas 77581 at 3:00 p.m. on November 29, 2018.

All bids should be submitted through the E-Bid system located on the City’s website at: https://pearland.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. All interested Bidders are advised to register as a “supplier” on the City’s E-Bid System at the above website by clicking on “Supplier Registration” and completing a short registration questionnaire. Electronic Bid Documents, including Plans, Technical Specifications and Bid Forms are available for download after registration is approved by City Purchasing office. No plan fees or deposits are required for bid documents obtained through the City’s E-bid System. BRAZORIA COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 21
NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULES AND PENALTIES

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 21 (the “District”) at a meeting held on this 26th day of November, 2018, adopted a Stormwater Guidance Manual containing rules and regulations related to the proper use and maintenance of the District’s storm sewer system, including prohibitions on illicit discharges, pollutant discharges from construction sites, and pollutant discharges from post-construction sites. Violation of any of the rules contained in the District’s Storm water Guidance Manual is considered a violation of the District’s Amended Rate Order and will subject the violator to penalties as outlined in the District’s Stormwater Guidance Manual and Amended Rate Order per breach and / or day, disconnection of water and sewer service, payment of any costs or damages resulting from the violation, and civil and criminal legal action.

A copy of the Stormwater Guidance Manual is on file at the principal office of the District, Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Suite 2600, Houston, Texas 77027, where it may be read in full.

NOTICE OF HEARING

This serves as formal notice of a hearing that was held in the Pearland Municipal Court on September 18, 2018, to address in an open court the code violations located at 9717 Excaliburs Court, Pearland, Texas 77584, Brazoria CAD Property ID: 249612 and formally recognized as Somersetshire Estates (A0304 H T & B) Block 1, Lot 39 (C/S).

At the hearing the City of Pearland presented evidence of the nuisance conditions existing at the above described property. The Court then ordered abatement of the nuisance conditions to be achieved through specific listed actions including demolition of all structures and removal of certain other items located on the property. This abatement is to be completed on or before December 18, 2018, and proven by submission of a certificate of completion to the Pearland Municipal Court by 5:00 p.m. on December 18, 2018.
