Headliners for the 4th Annual Friendswood Texas Music Fest have been announced and tickets are on sale now. The Music Fest is presented by Friends of Downtown Friendswood Association in celebration of Texas Independence Day.

Country music artists Roger Creager and William Clark Green will be co-headliners. The two are both Texas-born performers who have gained notoriety on the Texas music scene.

The event will take place March 2, but tickets are selling now due to the popularity of the event and its new location, Stevenson Park in Friendswood.

Prior to the fourth event, the popular downtown fest was held in the large parking lot at Captain’s Corner at FM 517 and FM 2351 in Friendswood.

The new location is expected to draw over 5,000 people and will run from noon to 9 p.m.

Tickets are $15 pre-sale until Dec. 31. On Jan. 1, pre-sale tickets are $20 until March 1 and $25 at the gate. Children 12 and under are free.

VIP Tent Tickets are also available for purchase. The VIP Experience will include tented VIP Seating with a viewing location to the stage, appetizers, Texas Style dinner by Chef Kris Jakob of local restaurant Brasserie 1895, VIP Parking and four Beverage Tickets (21 & older only). VIP Tent tickets are limited and will be available until sold out.

This year the event is sponsored by Del Papa Distributing and Karbach Brewing Co.
