Sealed bids will be received by the City of Pearland Purchasing Division, 3523 Liberty Dr., until 11:00 a.m., CST, Thursday, February 7, 2019 and all bids will be publicly acknowledged by name in City Hall Annex, 3523 Liberty Drive, Pearland, TX on that date for:

Bunker Gear Cleaning Inspections and Repair Services
BID NO. 0119-19

Bid forms, specifications and all necessary information may be obtained from the following website: https://pearland.ionwave.net. Vendors are encouraged to return the bid response electronically using the City’s e-bid system, but may submit by hard-copy, with either manner due by the closing date and time stated above.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it.

Vendors should register on the City’s e-bid system https://pearland.ionwave.net. Once registered on the City’s e-bid system, bid documents may be viewed on the site. ORDINANCE NO. 1497-7

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 1497-6 as it applies to certain times and limits for school zones established for vehicles under the provisions of the Texas Transportation Code upon certain streets and highways, of parts thereof, within the corporate limits of the City of Pearland, as set out in this ordinance; and providing a penalty; and declaring an emergency.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS:

Section 2. Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200).

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PEARLAND EMERGENCY ROTATION WRECKER APPLICANT, REDLINE TOWING & RECOVERY,
PURSUANT TO PEARLAND CODE OF ORDINANCE, 31-4

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of February, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., the Wrecker Director (Pearland Chief of Police), will conduct a Public Hearing at the Pearland Police Department, 2555 Cullen Pkwy, Pearland, Texas, to gather public comment and testimony regarding an application of a Pearland Emergency Wrecker Rotation slot. Those attending please meet on the second floor (Administration Lobby) of the Police Department.

At said hearing all interested parties shall have the right and opportunity to appear and be heard on the subject.
