Brazoria County Master Gardeners are presenting their 13th Annual Citrus and Fruit Tree Sale from 8 to 11 a.m. on Feb. 9, at the Brazoria County Fairgrounds.

Buyers will have their choices of over 1,000 plants.

The plants include standard and dwarf varieties of oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, satsumas, limes and lemons. Additional species include varieties of blackberry, blueberry, apple, avocado, fig, peach, pear, persimmon and plum trees.

Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer questions from buyers.

Prior to the sale, a list of plants that will be offered along with event information is available at www.txmg.org/brazoria/.

The Brazoria County AgriLife Extension Office is located at 21017 CR 171 in Angleton. Extension agent is Stephen Brueggerhoff.

The Brazoria County Fairgrounds is located at 901 South Downing in Angleton.

Brazoria County Master Gardeners are volunteers who work with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension to improve gardening skills throughout the community. They share their gardening knowledge through community service and outreach, gardener training and educational programs.
