RFP packages will be available beginning on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 on a USB pin drive, during the pre-proposal meeting at 2319 North Grand Blvd. Pearland, TX 77581.After the meeting RFP packages will be available beginning Thursday, March 7, on usb pin drive at McAdams Associates, 11665 Fuqua, suite D406, Houston, Texas 77034. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier’s Check or acceptable bidder’s bond payable to South Texas Educational Technologies, Inc., in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the proposed project amount. A performance Bond and Payment Bond will be mandatory for the successful respondent in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract, written by a surety acceptable to STET. Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Facsimile responses will not be accepted. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Responses need to be clearly marked on the envelope with the RFP number and the name of the project.
