RFP packages will be available beginning on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 on a USB pin drive, during the pre-proposal meeting at 2319 North Grand Blvd. Pearland, TX 77581.After the meeting RFP packages will be available beginning Thursday, March 7, on usb pin drive at McAdams Associates, 11665 Fuqua, suite D406, Houston, Texas 77034. RFP packages may be obtained from McAdams Associates, 11665 Fuqua, suite D406, Houston, Texas 77034 (PH: 281-610-7401) upon the deposit of a non-refundable check in the amount of $10.00 payable to South Texas Educational Technologies, Inc.. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier’s Check or acceptable bidder’s bond payable to South Texas Educational Technologies, Inc., in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the proposed project amount. A performance Bond and Payment Bond will be mandatory for the
successful respondent in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract, written by a surety acceptable to STET. Proposals received after the specified time and date will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Facsimile responses will not be accepted. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Responses need to be clearly marked on the envelope with the RFP number and the name of the project. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from software suppliers, systems integrators and/or implementation partners who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional and technical capabilities to provide an Asset Management Software (AMS) with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) component that meets the city’s needs, in line with the City’s project goals as outlined within the RFP. Partial responses will be deemed as non-responsive and will be rejected.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the City of Pearland City Hall Annex at 3523 Liberty Drive, Pearland, Texas 77581 at 3:00 PM on March 21, 2019.

Proposals shall be submitted to the City Purchasing Officer electronically through the City’s E-bid System as described within this Invitation and within the RFP. Responses to the RFP will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 4, 2019.
