INVITATION TO PROPOSE

Electronic Sealed Proposals will be accepted for the following project in the City’s E-bid System and shall be submitted through the City’s web site at: https://pearland.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. All interested Proposers are required to register as a “supplier” on the City’s E-bid System at the above web address by clicking on “Supplier Registration”. Registration provides automatic access to any changes to the Request for Proposal (RFP) or the submittal time and date.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from software suppliers, systems integrators and/or implementation partners who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional and technical capabilities to provide an Asset Management Software (AMS) with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) component that meets the city’s needs, in line with the City’s project goals as outlined within the RFP. Partial responses will be deemed as non-responsive and will be rejected.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at the City of Pearland City Hall Annex at 3523 Liberty Drive, Pearland, Texas 77581 at 3:00 PM on March 21, 2019.

Proposals shall be submitted to the City Purchasing Officer electronically through the City’s E-bid System as described within this Invitation and within the RFP. Responses to the RFP will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 4, 2019.
