The second annual Manvel Eggstravaganza will take place Saturday, April 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Croix Park at 4623 County Road 84 in Manvel.

Over 20,000 eggs, games, moonwalks, music, face painting and more will be part of the event.

Snowie Express and Corey’s Kitchen will be part of the food offerings.

The event was originally planned for April 13 but the threat of inclement weather made organizers reschedule the event a week.

Easter Egg Hunt times are arranged by age categories.

At 11:45 a.m. all toddlers to 2 years old will hunt. At noon all special needs children will hunt.

At 12:15 p.m. hunting will begin for 3-5 year old children, at 12:30 p.m. for 6-8 year old children and at 12:45 pm all 9-12 year old participants can hunt for eggs.

Golden eggs will be hidden and anyone finding these eggs will redeem them for special prizes.

To assist with parking, shuttle rides to Croix Park from the Brazoria County building at the intersection of CR 58/Post Rd. and CR 84/Croix Pkwy. (3633 County Rd. 58, Manvel, TX 77578) will be available. The free shuttle will run every 10-15 minutes.
