Notice is hereby given that, at a meeting on May 16, 2019, the Board of Directors of Harris-Brazoria Counties Municipal Utility District No. 509 (“District”) adopted a Resolution Establishing Rules and Regulations Regarding Use of District Facilities (“Resolution”), providing rules and regulations governing the use of the District’s detention ponds and drainage facilities.  Violation of any of the rules or regulations contained in the Resolution will subject the violator to a fine of up to $10,000 per violation. The project entails sourcing, procuring, consolidating, tracking, contract growing, maintaining, and transporting plant material by a qualified plant sourcing agent and grower. The plant materials include, but are not limited to, oleander, magnolias, live oaks, Texas redbuds, crape myrtles, and cedar elms. Delivery of plant material shall be coordinated with the general contractor to be selected later in 2019. The delivery of the plant material shall be distributed throughout mid-2020 to 2021. The project also requires periodic reporting that includes color photography of plant material inventory, maintenance logs, monitoring and inspection of the plants provided.
