The Well honors two volunteers

Richard Arriaga, Director of The Well Food Pantry in Manvel, announced two Volunteers of the Month, Travis Griffith and Beatriz Pedroza.

They were chosen out of more than 54 volunteers that Arriaga describes as “high spirited and enthusiastic.”

Recently, volunteers at The Well served 305 families, including homebound deliveries.

Arriaga spoke highly of the two honored volunteers.

“These guys were great assets to us as they served our guests with excellence and compassion. I want to thank all of our valuable volunteers for their hard work and dedication every week as we serve our guests,” Arriaga said. 
 The mission of The Well is to help people overcome obstacles by meeting needs and focusing on a life of freedom. The Well on Masters Road operates under the non-profit The Mountain on Masters Road.

The Food pantry serves Northern Brazoria County and beyond. It is open from noon to 2 pm and 4-6 pm every Tuesday.

The Well is located at 6911 Masters Road in Manvel. 

The pantry is solely supported by donations and staffed solely by unpaid volunteers.
