Shopping at the Friendswood Heritage Gardeners 53rd Annual Christmas event will be the best this year with over 34 vendors available November 23-24 from 9  am to 5 pm each day.

Not only will there be indoor vendors at the Marie Workman Garden Clubhouse at 112 W. Spreading Oaks but there will also be vendors on the front of the building and for the first time, across the street at the site of the Perry Home Museum.

From jewelry to jalapena bread and cheese, from specially designed jackets  and little girl’s holiday wear to fountains and jars of pickles, signs and plants, the Holiday Bazaar offers everything that is necessary to have all the Christmas lists of gifts taken care of at the event.

Not only is shopping offered but also the popular Home Tour, tearoom, and Santa’s Sweet Shoppe bakery are available.

Five private homes beautifully decorated for the holidays will open their doors to share the holiday spirit with the community. The tour runs 1-5 pm both days.

Tickets are $15 for the tour and can be used both days.

Admission is free for the events at The Marie Workman Center at 112 W. Spreading Oaks.

The popular holiday tearoom will be open for lunch or afternoon desserts from 11 am to 4 pm each day. While there, buy tickets for holiday raffles. This year there are the following raffle items: the popular $99 money tree, gift card wreath, a fire pit, a large spa basket and a special Christmas basket.

The new Santa’s Sweet Shoppe will offer baked items that work for Thanksgiving, can be saved for Christmas or eaten that very day.

The Holiday Bazaar and Sweet Shoppe will be open from 9 am to 5 pm each day.

Buy tickets at businesses in Friendswood such as Lary’s Florist & Design, Friendswood Frame and Gallery, Marrone Market, Phoenix Cleaners, Silver Bee Boutique, Stanfield Properties, Two Friends Gift Shop,  Wild Birds Unlimited in Pearland and the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce or at the door on the tour dates.
