The Friendswood Heritage Gardeners 53rd Annual Christmas Home Tour will have large and beautifully decorated homes this year on November 23-24, 2019.

Five private homes ready for Christmas will open their doors to share the holiday spirit with the community from 1-5 pm both days.

Christmas with a French Twist will be the theme for the home of Nancy and Chris Barcelo. The home is in West Ranch.

Ashley and Ryan Colditz’s home on Merriwood Drive will display the theme All That Glitters.

The Stories of Christmas will be portrayed at the home of Jo Beth and Kim Brizendine in Monte Bello.

The home of Jennifer and Bill Raley will be Nature’s Joy in Heritage Estates.

The Solar Express is the theme of homeowners Lorrie and Mike Foreman in The Park.

Tickets are $15 for the tour and can be used both days.

Buy tickets at businesses in Friendswood such as Lary’s Florist & Design, Friendswood Frame and Gallery, Marrone Market, Phoenix Cleaners, Silver Bee Boutique, Stanfield Properties, Two Friends Gift Shop,  Wild Birds Unlimited in Pearland and the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce or at the door on the tour dates.

The popular holiday tearoom will be open for lunch or afternoon desserts from 11 am to 4 pm each day. While there, buy tickets for holiday raffles. This year there are the following raffle items: the popular $99 money tree, gift card wreath, a fire pit, a large spa basket and a special Christmas basket.

The Holiday Bazaar is the largest it has ever been with  more than 30 vendors offering items for everyone who gets a package under the tree as well as great holiday decorations and items. Vendors are inside the garden center and outside the clubhouse as well as across the street by the historic Perry Home.

The new Santa’s Sweet Shoppe will offer baked items that work for Thanksgiving, can be saved for Christmas or eaten that very day.
