Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be submitted in duplicate and in sealed envelopes clearly marked with RFP No. 2020-03, Demolition and Removal Services, and addressed to the City of Friendswood, Attn: Melinda Welsh, City Secretary, and will be received at Friendswood City Hall, 910 S. C. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to maintain a construction site in a manner that allows mud or dirt to enter the streets and/or City’s storm inlets.

D. Penalty not to exceed $2,000 each violation.
