NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND PARTIES:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pearland Economic Development Corporation (the “Corporation”) will hold a public hearing to consider the use of sales tax proceeds from the levy of the one-half of one percent sales and use tax, approved by the voters of the City of Pearland (the “City”) on January 21, 1995. The public hearing will take place at 5:00 p.m. on July 27, 2023 at 3519 Liberty Drive, Suite 350, Pearland, Texas.
Sales tax proceeds will be used to contribute to the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Hickory Slough Phase II Sports Complex, located in the City’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
