Pay in person at any full time County Tax Office in Galveston, League City, Santa Fe and Texas City Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am through Noon. Avoid the line and pay online at www.galcotax.com via electronic check ($0.50 fee) or credit/debit card (2.2% fee) or via debit or credit card by telephone (toll free) at 1-800-420-1663. Payments may be mailed to 722 Moody, Galveston, Texas 77550 but must be postmarked by July 31st to be considered timely.
