NOTICE OF HEARING
This serves as formal notice of hearings held to address in an open court the code violations located at 1615 Sleepy Hollow Drive, Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas 77581, Brazoria CAD Property ID 205218, formally recognized as Dixie Hollow (Pearland) Block 5, Lot 8, Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas. The court heard evidence in this matter on August 29, 2023, at the Pearland Municipal Court.
The scheduled court date above was for a public hearing to show evidence, based on which the Court could determine the actions that must be taken by the property owner and/or the City regarding the vacation, securing, repair, removal, or demolition of substandard buildings located on the property listed above. The Court authorized the City to secure the buildings on the property by boarding and scheduled the next hearing in this case on November 28, 2023. A complete copy of the Order issued by the Court can be obtained from the City Secretary’s office.
