The registration and packet pickup tent for this Saturday’s “Ruff Runner and Yappy Hour” opens at 6 a.m. at Independence Park, 3449 Pearland Parkway.
The day begins with a group warm up at 7:15 a.m., Kids K at 7:50 a.m., 5K at 8 a.m. and 3K at 8:15 a.m. Online early registration is $25 for the 5K and 3K and $20 for the Kids K, which is open to ages 1 through 12.
Presented by Epic Plumbing, the welcomes both human and four-legged participants, and ends with a post-race Yappy Hour and presentation of awards.
All finishers will receive a T-shirt and medal.
