THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Pearland, in Brazoria, Harris and Fort Bend Counties, Texas, will hold the first Ordinance adoption consideration on Monday, November 13, 2023, and second Ordinance adoption consideration on Monday, November 27, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 3519 Liberty Dr., Pearland, Texas 77581
Updates and Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan: A request by the City of Pearland, applicant, for approval of proposed updates and amendments to the 2015 Comprehensive Plan with Comprehensive Plan Pearland2040.
