A minor auto repair business is proposed between Sonic and Arby’s in the Shadow Creek Commercial district.
If the city grants a conditional use permit, Express Oil Change at 11219 Shadow Creek Parkway will provide oil changes, tires, alignments, brakes, and other minor auto services.
The Planning and Zoning Commission on Nov. 6 voted to recommend a conditional use permit that would allow the shop to operate in the area, which is zoned for retail and office space.
