A 66-year-old Webster man was arrested for felony DWI, third or more, at 12:28 a.m., 8100 Broadway St.

A Pearland man, 23, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. for felony assault of a family member, impeding circulation or breathing, 14000 South Freeway.
A Conroe man, 35, was arrested on a warrant at 5:17 a.m. at 2555 Cullen Parkway. He is also charged with criminal trespass and felony criminal mischief.
