NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS OF
THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PEARLAND, TEXAS
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Pearland, in Brazoria, Harris and Fort Bend Counties, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 6:30 pm, at City Hall, 3519 Liberty Dr., Pearland, Texas 77581 to discuss a request by the City of Pearland to adopt the 2021 International Building Codes listed below with applicable Local Amendments and the 2020 National Electrical Code:
2021 International Building Code and local amendments
2021 International Fire Code and local amendments
2021 International Residential Code and local amendments
2021 International Plumbing Code and local amendments
2021 International Fuel Gas Code and local amendments
2021 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code and local amendments
2021 International Existing Building Code and local amendments
2021 International Property Maintenance Code and local amendments
2021 International Energy Conservation Code and local amendments
2021 International Mechanical Code and local amendments
2020 National Electrical Code.
