CITY OF BROOKSIDE VILLAGE

The City of Brookside Village is soliciting planning and management service providers to assist the City with the development, adoption, and implementation of modern and resilient building codes and flood damage prevention ordinances for the Community Development Block Grant-Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Resilient Communities Program (RCP) through the Texas General Land Office. Accordingly, the City of Brookside Village seeks to contract with a qualified service provider for planning and management services.

Please electronically submit your proposals in .pdf format via email to: City Secretary, Cleo Rodriguez crodriguez@cobvtx.org and submit your proposal to the address below on a thumb drive and submit 6 copies of your proposal of services to the following address: Attn: Cleo Rodriguez, City Secretary at 6243 Brookside Road, Brookside Village, TX 77581 Proposals must be received by the City of Brookside Village no later than 12:00 pm on January 12, 2024 to be considered.

The City of Brookside Village reserves the right to negotiate with any and all proposers, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
