Ethan Matthew Riley, 18, of Friendswood, Texas passed away on December 24, 2023, held in the loving arms of his family. Our beautiful and beloved son and brother, Ethan, is now at peace with his Lord and Savior. He is in the peace which surpasses all understanding. Ethan will live in our hearts forever until the time when we can join him in that peace.

Ethan was born on October 13, 2005, to Tara & Matthew Riley in Webster, Texas two minutes after the birth of his twin sister, Elise. Ethan carried in his heart a special light seen and felt by so many. His light continues to shine so brightly. He is so loved by his mom and dad and his sisters.

Ethan leaves behind his parents, Tara and Matthew Riley; his twin sister, Elise; his sister, Abby; Robert Lemm; his grandparents, Margie and Henry Riley; his Uncle Marc Riley; his Uncle Monkey (Micah) Riley and Lauren; his Uncle Damon Farrell and Liz; his Aunt Megan Brown; his Uncle John Farrell and Hope; his cousins Megan Hurley, Lauren Kiessling, Elizabeth and Johnathan Farrell, Madison Trochesset, Chloe and Colin Wright, Liam and Emmy Farrell; and his many, many friends.

Ethan is dearly loved by so many. His family sincerely appreciates the outpouring of support and prayers.

Friends are cordially invited to the visitation with the family on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at Jeter Memorial Funeral Home, 311 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas 77546.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Hope Lutheran Church, 1804 S. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, Texas with Rev. Jonathan Petering officiating. The burial will be private.
