Alvin ISD hosts student chess tourney

Alvin ISD has announced its Junior High Chess Tournament is from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 27, at Manvel Junior High.

The tournament is open to all Alvin ISD 6th through 8th graders, but they must register before April 19.
