NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULES AND PENALTIES

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 21 (the “District”), at a meeting held on January 29, 2024, adopted:

Regulations Governing Water and Sanitary Sewer Lines and Connections, which provides rules and regulations for connection to the District’s sewer system; and
an Amended Rate Order providing rules and regulations for connection to the District’s water, sewer and drainage system as well as charges for these services.

Violation of any of the rules contained in the District’s Amended Rate Order and Regulations Governing Water and Sanitary Sewer Lines and Connections will subject the violator to penalties, which includes a fine of up to $20,000 per breach and/or day, disconnection of water and sewer service, payment of any costs or damages resulting from the violation, and civil and criminal legal action.

Copies of the Amended Rate Order and Regulations Governing Water and Sanitary Sewer Lines and Connections are on file at the principal office of the District, Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Suite 2600, Houston, Texas 77027, where they may be read in full.
