McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., the Construction Manager at Risk for the Barry Rose Water Reclamation Facility Expansion Project located in the City of Pearland Texas, is requesting proposals from interested suppliers and subcontractors to perform specified scopes of work for the

Barry Rose WRF Expansion
GMP 1 – Early Works and Equipment Procurement

Thank you for your interest in this project. The project area is adjacent to the existing Barry Rose WRF located at 1902 ½ Barry Rose Rd., Pearland TX 77581. The work shall consist of civil site work, yard piping, a new lift station, headworks, SBR basins, blower building, electrical buildings, administration building, sludge holding tanks, dewatering system, tertiary filters, ultraviolet disinfection, power distribution and emergency generators and demolition.

Note: Submission dates for all packages were modified with Addendum #2 issued February 14, 2024
The GMP1 Early Works Package proposals 1-46A through 1-46R Process Equipment shall be submitted until 3:00 P.M., February 23, 2024.
Packages 1-03A Concrete, 1-26A Electrical (Cost Items #1, #2 & #3 only) and 1-33A Civil shall be submitted until 3:00 P.M., March 1, 2024
Package 1-26A (Cost Item #4 only) shall be submitted until 3:00 P.M. March 22, 2024

Proposals will be opened privately.
