NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING A
ZONE CLASSIFICATION CHANGE FROM PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) 2015-18 TO COMMUNITY SHOPPING CENTER (CSC) WITH A
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT TO ALLOW NAICS USE #8131, RELIGIOUS
ORGANIZATIONS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Friendswood will each hold a public hearing to give all interested parties the right to appear and express their views on the following item:

A zone classification change located at 4201 and 4209 FM 528 Rd., 31.18 acres known as Reserves B and D in the Final Plat of Clear Creek Community Church of Friendswood recorded in Harris County Real Property Records, RP-2020-230485, Harris County, Friendswood, Texas, to change from Planned Unit Development (PUD) 2015-18 to Community Shopping Center (CSC) with a Specific Use Permit to allow NAICS Use #8131, Religious Organizations.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold its public hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2024, in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 910 South Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas 77546-4856, at its meeting commencing at 6:00 P.M.

The City Council will hold its public hearing on Monday, June 3, 2024, in the Council Chamber, located in City Hall, 910 South Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, Texas 77546-4856, at its meeting commencing at 5:30 P.M.
