ORDINANCE NO. 1494-5
An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Pearland, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 1494-4, establishing prima facie speed limits established for vehicles under the provisions of Section 545.356, Texas Transportation Code, upon certain streets and highways, of parts thereof, within the corporate limits of the City of Pearland, as set out in this ordinance and providing a penalty (McHard Road from Cullen Blvd to Mykawa Road; and FM 2234 from the City Limits to CR 94).
