TENNIS INSTRUCTOR SERVICES

Request for Proposals (RFPs) shall be submitted one (1) paper copy, along with one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive. Each flash drive must contain only one (1) file in PDF format and must match written response identically. Submittal shall be signed by a person having authority to bind the qualified professional in a contract. All submitted materials must be clearly marked with RFP NO. 2024-07, TENNIS INSTRUCTOR SERVICES with vendor name, and addressed to the City of Friendswood, Attn: City Secretary, and are to be received at Friendswood City Hall, City Secretary’s Office, 910 S. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, TX, 77546 before 2:00 P.M., THURSDAY, JULY 18, 2024.

The City of Friendswood (the “City”) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Any contract resulting from this RFP shall be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the City considering the relative importance of price and the other evaluation factors included in this request for proposals.
