NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULES AND PENALTIES
Notice is hereby given that, at a meeting on June 19, 2024, the Board of Directors of Lower Kirby Pearland Management District (the “District”) adopted an Order Establishing Rules and Regulations Governing Use of District Facilities (the “Order”) providing rules and regulations governing the use of the District’s drainage and detention facilities and recreational facilities. Violation of any of the rules or regulations contained in the Order will subject the violator to a fine of up to $20,000 per violation or criminal penalties, including imprisonment, or both. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate violation. A copy of the Order, with all of its rules and regulations, including the penalty listed above, is on file at the principal office of the District, Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Suite 2600, Houston, Texas 77027, where it may be read in full.
